Notify Dev is a notification service that helps developers stay updated on:

• NPM package releases
• GitHub repository updates
• Blog and RSS feed posts

The Service is currently in beta, which means features may change, and occasional issues may occur.

To use the Service, you must authenticate via GitHub. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during authentication
• Maintain the security of your GitHub account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

The Service integrates with third-party platforms:

• GitHub - for authentication and repository data
• NPM Registry - for package information
• Slack and Telegram - for sending notifications

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Notifications will always be delivered on time
• All package or blog updates will be detected
• The Service will meet all your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notify Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account through the dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Ukraine.
